Current I am watching 2 food shows, both hosted by Baek Jeong Won, owner of Bornga Restaurant and many more. The shows are 3대천왕 (The Nation’s Big Three) and 집밥 백선생 (Home Food Rescue or Mr. Baek The Homemade Food Master). In this post, I want to focus on 3대천왕. Every week, based on locals recommendation, Baek Jeong Won will visit the different provinces to eat the selected dish. Based on the visits, the show will invite 3 of the best, 1 from each province to cook in front of a live audience.
This show really got me drooling big time and thanks to it, I have been eating Korean food every week. Since I am pretty determined to go to Korea in 2016, I want to keep a record of the places so I can visit them! I will not be recording all the episodes here but selected ones that I am interested in. As usual, with all my food posts, this is a working document and it will be updated constantly.
Warning: Formatting will not be consistent! It’s for me to take quick notes.
